Job Description - The Support System

As a member of the HR department you need to be available to all departments when they need you. You are responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Recruitment of new members
  • Training & development of team and individual members
  • Maintains job descriptions of the other departments
  • Regular team meetings to ensure clarity between members 
  • Encourage communication between members (act as mediator
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Goals:

 

  • 15 new members by August 2020.
  • Find interesting workshops, that will be beneficial to the members, to attend.
  • 1 team development event
  • 1 fun event
