Functional Description:

The Socialaire Group is the event management team of Business Talks. With our help, people get to spend a great time by getting to know personalities for their future work life. We are responsible for making every event successful and awesome in its own way!

To assure the greatness of each event, we are looking for ambitious teamplayers that will enrich our inner meetings with their ideas. Our meetings are filled with tons of propositions for the next event, and we can’t wait to plan it with you!

What you can expect:

•   Creative systems to plan and organize our events
• Regularly meetings to brainstorm about upcoming events
• Full support from the whole team and other departments
• Maintain documentation of all our events while working for Business Talks
• To proactively participate in Internal Campus Networking Activities

In this role you will be called upon to:

• creating and developing events
• identifying the target audience
• formulating the event concept
•  planning overall logistics
•  conducting project management of the event as a whole and managing the teams of people responsible for each function
•  supervise the services of all outside vendors and professionals.
•  being the contact person throughout the whole event planning and on – site assistance during events
• perform clerical support to Events and Membership Departments
•  Database entry and maintenance

Minimum Qualifications – each candidate is expected to:

 Be a student at HFU campus Schwenningen with at least 1 semester
