The overall Experience at Business Talks is designed to build future businessmen within our organization and groom you all for key leadership roles.

What you can expect:

 

  • Strong focus on the working towards the Mission and Vision of Business Talks.
  • Prescriptive Onboarding Structure.
  • Accountability of Leading the Frontline activities of securing Speakers for Business Talks events.
  • Accountability of securing Sponsors and Business Partners.
  • Partnering with ‘The Money Maker’ department to close negotiations with Speaker/Business partners/Sponsors.
  • Responsible for maintaining a Speaker Pool ready to be utilised for any Business Talk event.
  • Maintain the mailing lists of all inner and outer circle members.
  • Collaborate in various possible ways with IBAA to work together towards achieving the mission and vision of Business Talks.
  • Maintain documentation for all the procedures following while working for Business Talks.
  • To proactively participate in Internal Campus Networking Activities.
  • Collaborate with University Professors in various possible ways with IBAA to work together towards achieving the mission and vision of Business Talks.

In this role you will be called upon to:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to coach, develop, and influence various teams.
  • Lead the frontline through various initiatives.
  • Conduct "work-withs" and coaching sessions for peers/ open to university to help develop their negotiation skills and efficiencies.
  • Use your creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to grow.

Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to:

 

  • Student of HFU with atleast 1 semester to be studied at HFU.
  • Applicant must belong to Schwenningen Campus.
