Bootcamp - Reboot your mindset!

This was the topic of the very first Bootcamp of Business Talks. Boot camp? Like the basic training in the military? No, not exactly!

Last November on a cool Monday evening, Business Talks coach Prof. Nikola Hale, Dean of the MBA program at HFU Business School, held a Boot Camp together with all Business Talks members. 

But why all this?

The main focus of the Bootcamp was to bring the group together and to start the new semester with innovative ideas, to grow beyond themselves and to break new ground by means of teamwork and brainstorming. 

One member said during the evening: "I feel very much at home here and see that we can achieve a lot as a group.

During the Bootcamp, not only was it shown that the greatest asset of Business Talks are its members. Members from Spain, Pakistan, Egypt, USA, Colombia, Equator, Hong Kong and many other countries. Members who are there with all their potential. Members with heart.

And it has gone even further.

In addition, Business Talks that evening showed what its goals are and where it wants to go, and that there are no limits to this. How does digitalization influence your business? And what are megatrends? These and many more questions came up. All members learned in the boot camp to use the passion and flexibility of entrepreneurial processes for their own innovative projects.

The team met that night to gather new ideas and reinvent business talks. What comes next? What is the future? There are so many possibilities! But one thing is for sure, next semester Business Talks will definitely hold a Boot Camp again.
